-- Mr. W.O. Philips, of Judson the father of our fellow citizen Charles Philips died on Wed evening and will be buried today. The funeral will be preached by Rev McKay, of Crawfordsville and several of our peple will attend. Mr. Philips was nearly 80 years of age
